This is a long overdue post I owe to Lasker and Elise (link only works after 8/8/08). Below is the screen shots and some explanations from ShoutOut Open Day II...

Clean and nice 'unpolluted' ShoutOut carpet...

Shouters begin to spam like there's no tomorrow...haha

*Ok... I lost the 1st test Screen Shots so I'll go with the 2nd one. The 1st test will be explained later...
This module is where you can customise your Shout Box according to your liking...
On the left if the directory of 'what is where', so if you don't know what background colour is, you can refer to the directory...
After you are done playing with the colours, just click 'continue' to view your Shout box. If you are not satisfied, you can just do some touch up. If you are satisfied, just name your design, the name of blog where this Shout box is gonna be, and the url and you are good to go...

By the way, if you can see, the 'Alert Colour' function is to notify you when other Shouters call your name...

On the right, you can see 'Edit My ShoutOut',

This is what you see after clicking 'Edit My ShoutOut'
You can now save multiple colour settings for multiple blogs under the same profile...

This screen shots is taken after customizing and adding the test version of SO to my blog.
Every single colour on this Shout box has been customise. The purple line on the right of the ShoutBox is the 'Alert'. The purple line will appear when your name is called... Only you can see the alert when your name is called. Now you won't messages calling for you :)

*Sorry for the long overdue post Lasker and Elise...

Tired-ness...

My back is aching, neck is aching, whole body is aching for the past few days...
I feel really tired and lazy. Tired as I've been staying up really late and get up really early...
Lazy as I've no mood to do anything, anything at all. Really wish I can take a week off to just laze around and don't even think of anything. My brain is not really working properly these few days anyway.
Oh ya...About the job offer I mentioned in my previous post, I'm NOT going to take it. Yes, I admit it's good money, but if I have to miss my church session for money, I think I'm gonna rot in hell.
So money or church??? CHURCH LA!!!! Duh.

*Hmm...Do I look this cute when I pray???*

Stay or Go???

I'm kinda blur these days. I can't even concentrate on the things I'm doing... As a result, it makes me really frustrated. I'm also having a little problem at work recently. My boss seems to throw everything at me... Be it my work or somebody elses'... I'm really considering quiting my job here.
I got an offer from another place. The offer is quite good I think.

My current work:
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 6:00pm

Offered Job:
6 days weeks
10:00am to 8:00pm
10: am to 10:00 pm on weekends.
Pay: Doubled my current salary.

The only thing about the offer is that I have to work on Saturday.
Saturday is the day I go to church. So basically I'm torn apart...

HELP ME!!!

Something Is Not Right With Me Now...

It's been quite a while since I last updated my blog... I really have no idea what I should update with.
I've been doing a lot of thinking recently, especially on life and death. I feel that life is really fragile.
One minute you are still talking, joking, next you are gone, wiped out of the surface of the earth.
After I die, how many will remember me? How many will feel sorry for me? How many will fell that it served me right? How many will be glad I'm gone?
Al these questions have been playing in my mind since the day I received the news of my uncles passing. I hope it's just a phase...

Terrible Weekend...

I've had a really terrible weekend. I went to my uncle's funeral on Saturday morning.
He passed away on the 27th of June 2008 (Friday), after 6 months of battle with cancer.
May His Soul Rest In Peace

Thank You Shout Out...

This post is specially dedicated to Lasker and Elise.
Saewei suggested that we do a syncronised post to thank Lasker and Elise for creating ShoutOut that gave us so many great friends...

So here's my part...
It's been almost a year since I joined ShoutOut on 19th of Nov 2007. I still remember I got to know ShoutOut (or SO as we Shouters call it) through Cedrics' blog. I was greeted with warm welcome from Saewei and others, they then persuaded me to put SO in my blog and well, the rest is history...
My first impression on ShoutOut is the people is really nice and friendly.
After 2 months of shouting in SO, I went for my 1st outing as a Shouter at RedBox The Curve...I remember being really quiet then.

Below is some random Family pictures of ShoutOut Outing

This is my 1st Family Photo from my 1st outing...

This one is taken at Murni after the gang came down from Genting,
which I didn't go :(

This was taken at Chilis Mid Valley when celebrating my b'day...

This was taken at Ming Tien Tmn Megah after we went to Murni which

Life In Your Own Hands...

Are you a believer of Feng Shui? What do you think of the superstitious believes that are passed down from the ancestors? If you do believe in feng shui, what has it done for you so far? Did it make you richer, healthier, more successful in love? And if you did 'violate' the superstitious believes of your ancestors, did it do any harm to you? Did it make you broke, sick, or fail miserably? Please read Saewei's blog on this topic...

I believe that a persons life is in their own hands. No body can tell you what to do with YOUR LIFE. Don't tell me you are going to leave your husband-to-be just because some 'consultant' tells you that your birthdate clash and it brings 'bad luck' to either you or him... Or if your baby's birthdate clashes with yours, you are going to dump your baby in some toilet or rubbish bin...

It is because of people who believe in Feng Shui blindly that makes Lilian and Joey so rich. At the end of the day, all your hard earned money will all go to them and what you get is perhaps a few pieces of rock or crystals...
So your judgement is crucial here. I'm sure you know how to choose between work hard for your money, take care of your health properly or just place a few pieces of rocks and crystals and wait for miracle to happen...

*if placing a few rocks can make you rich and healthy there'll
be no more
sick and dirt poor people*

ShoutOuts Factory Sneak Peek...

I received an invitation from Lasker, to the ShoutOut factory today. Our mission is to test the new features that is yet to be open to the public. It started at 11 am and I was the first to be there, yay. Then came Jeannie, Ping Ping and last but not least Charles.
Oh my, the ShoutOut shoutbox is so clean and 'unpolluted'...lol.
*Please click to enlarge the images*

Just how often do you get to see this???

So we started off with the 1st test, which is the profile.
This is what you see when you click on your own profile...
Previously, you have to 'leave' SO to view another shouters profile...
Now, you just have to click one the blue/orange orb and voila...
Here you can see Laskers' obscene picture (as quoted by Ping Ping).

The second test we did was about the Latest Pictures.
Previously, you'll have to go to PenangPenang.com to view the latest pictures.
Now, all it takes is just one click at the camera icon at the bottom.
*This was suggested by yours truly* LOL

The next test is linked between What's Next and SO Mail.
Now, instead of you keep checking back into What's Next
to see who's attending an event or not, you'll receive a
SO Mail informing you about thier status...
If you realise, there's also an icon on the left of the SO Mail.
This is also one of the new features. Now you every mail you
sent will have picture of you with it...

And we're done with test...

Right below here is also something you don't get to see everyday...
It's our Mr. Boss spamming his heart out....LOL

p/s: Lasker, it's a great honour to be a part of the ShoutOut Family...

Now that you know what the new features are, do try them out and please give some feedback to Lasker aka Mr. Boss at ShoutOut Family Blog .

Not Dead...

My blog is not dead but it's not very much alive either... I wanted to update my blog long long ago but just can't seem to get the inspiration to start... Now that Mr Aaron and Ms Wendy is asking me to update, I think I better update before my blog really died off... So now, let me just start with some ranting...

My work really suck... Then there's this one fella who will gladly push all his work to me. As if that was no enough, he even wants me to make phone calls for him... Might as well just hire me to do his job...

Ok...The ranting should stop...

Oh ya, last Sunday I went to a karaoke outing with Hugo, Nath and my siblings... Hugo shot a really funny video of them singing Umbrella... Then we went to meet Jess aka Blur Jess and Steven at 1U... But Hugo went back home to pack bag because he have to go outstation the next day...

I think that's it for now... I'm having a 'bloggers block' at the moment...

Until next time....
